It’s been a while since I’ve written something on my blog. About two weeks and a half to be precise. I wouldn’t say that a lot happened because I was sick pretty much the whole time. It just hit me really hard.
The first few days I had the symptoms of a common cold. Everything was “alright” until Wednesday of last week. It just didn’t seem to get any better even though I tried to do everything to heal faster; from getting the most sleep I could get to slowing down on social media. I haven’t felt this sick in a while. On Wednesday night, I was literally in tears and couldn’t hold it anymore so we had to go the hospital. From there, I started to see signs of healing and my mum had just flown back home; that also gave me strength.
It was probably one of the worst times I got sick; doctors called it an upper respiratory tract infection, but it felt like hell. It took me about a week and a half to fully recover.
But now, here I am back on track and ready to share more content. I have a lot of ideas for future posts. And this summer weather in Hong Kong has me really inspired and motivated. So stick around for upcoming posts!
